Made by a master! Lovely concentration of lychee, rose petal aromas on the nose that open up on the palate. This Alsatian Gewürztraminer will convince of what you've been missing. Zesty acidity and lovely replays of flavour across the palate. Perfect for Asian dishes and curries. Try it as well as an aperitif chilled.

Gewurztraminer food pairings: lighter-flavoured sea-food dishes, Asian dishes, curries.

Reviews and Ratings

Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Medium lemon colour, medium(-)bodied wine with medium+ aromas and flavours of lychee, rose water, pear, nutmeg, green table grapes, delicate floral. A slight vegetal component burns off the nose as it opens up. Refreshing acidity. The length is long on a sweet warming finish.Enjoy tonight or New Years Eve with your Asian take-out. Serve well chilled.
