Pierre Sparr Grande Reserve 2019 Pinot Gris is an elegant and beautifully-crafted Alsatian PG, smooth and elegant with ripe peach, apricot, creamy pear, baking spice and soft citrus flavours finishing rich and long on a mineral note. Grapes from this vintage were sourced from 30-year-old vines planted in granitic soils.

Pinot Gris food pairings: Caesar Salad, fried Gruyere cheese sandwich, raclette, egg dishes.
