Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Holy awesome bubbly! $19 for this gem folks is a crime..... a crime I have no issues committing!

This traditional method blanc de blancs (Chardonnay) sparkling from the esteemed Pierre Sparr family in Alsace almost is too good to be true. Lovely fresh floral and ripe orchard fruit characters are the most dominant notes along with steely minerality on the nose. There is a richness and creaminess to this wine as well, giving it a nice full bodied appeal. A luscious acidity becomes more noticeable after a few seconds creating nice clean finish. It is such a treat and at the fraction of the price of Champagne. Pair with a raw seafood bar, shrimp cocktail, fish tacos... the seafood list goes on!
Cherie Cole rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Fantastic sparkling wine at an amazing price point. Pale straw with tiny bubbles. Aromas of butter croissant, baked apple pie and custard. Creamy yet vibrant mouthfeel with flavours of custard, butter croissant and ripe apple. Tasted April 3, 2016.
Courtney Flood rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Fantastic value; toast to a great night! Tart lemon, granny smith apple, yeast and a touch of banana cream. Mouthwatering; fine, soft mousse, crisp acidity and a creamy finish.

Pair with warm spinach artichoke dip, cheese plate, salt and vinegar chips
Bill Wright Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Toasty and refreshing. Fruity and floral. A great value bubbly done in the traditional method.
Tasted April 3/16
Douglas McMillan rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Aromas of apple, lemon, white flowers, minerality, pear, and biscuit. Creamy on the tongue, with fine bubbles. A restrained flavour of apple and apricot, with high, but not overwhelming acidity. Medium-long finish with lemon showing through.

I'm pairing this with a weekend brunch of pancakes and bacon (please don't mix this with orange juice though).
Lise Charest Gagne rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

What a great value for this wine. It's refreshing and crisp with some clean orchard fruit, white floral aroma and fresh bread. I could enjoy this with anything.
Jacky Blisson rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Pale straw. Pleasant peachy notes on the nose. Bright and fruity on the palate, with frothy, persistent mousse and a lifted finish. Good value.
Philippe Perreault - Sommelier rated this wine as 82/100 with the following review:

Clear yellow color with fine small bubble.

Aromas of green apple, pear and toasted bread.

On the palate, this sparkling is crisp, rich and long.

Pair it with a lobster cocktail.

Serve it at 5-6 degrees.

Ready to drink.
The Chardonnay grapes for this lovely Alsatian sparkling wine are hand-picked by very fussy people. This French bubbly uses the Méthode Traditionnelle. - Community Wine Reviews
