Pierre Amadieu Romane-Machotte 2015 is a rich and layered full-bodied blend of 80% Grenache and 20% Syrah. Fragrant with ripe berry, plum fruit, spicy and smoky on the palate with dark cherry, blackberry, garrigue herbs, spicy and smoky on the palate. Tannins are structured and grippy. Pair with barbequed beef long ribs.

Food pairings: slow-roasted crown of pork stuffed with corn niblets chickpea green onion and cilantro, stir-fried pork tenderloin, veal Parmigianino.

From the Gigondas, Rhône wine region, Pierre Amadieu Romane-Machotte 2015 is a dry and full-bodied red blend of 80% Grenache and 20% Syrah. Deep ruby in the glass, fragrant with crushed ripe raspberries, red plum, spicy and smoke (from oak ageing). Rich and lush on the palate with dark cherry, blackberry, white pepper, garrigue herbs and smoky oak spice. Tannins are structured.
