Vintages Wine Panel: Peter Zemmer is one of the Italian producers from the cool North who is sparing no detail in producing exceptional Pinot Grigio. He grows his vines on prime sites, reduces yields during the year and again on the sorting table, and then slowly ferments his wines in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to achieve fine balance and optimum freshness. My note: Fresh and alive like spring white linens blowing in the breeze. Lime and lemon zest. Mouth-watering and medium-bodied.

Pinot Grigio food pairings: seafood chowder.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
