WINE MAKING
? Harvested from selected vineyard sites within the Niagara Lakeshore and Niagara Escarpment appellations.
? Fermentation was completed in small batches with 15 to 20 days of skin contact; the wines were barrel aged for 10 months in neutral (older) oak barrels.
? A full malolactic fermentation to soften the mouth-feel.

FLAVOUR PROFILE
? Cherry red colour with a bouquet of black cherry, blueberry, plum, white pepper and licorice.
? A light to medium-bodied wine with moderate acidity and drying youthful tannins.
? Flavours of red berries, cherries and a touch of spice on the palate followed by fresh cherries lingering on the finish.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
