Plan de Dieu is a Villages red from the southern Rhône, full-bodied, rich and savoury with red berry fruit, dried herbs and smoky flavours on the palate. Highly recommended. Produced from old vines Grenache, Syrah and Mouvedre grapes from the Cotes du Rhone. This vineyard is planted on pebbly terraces between the villages of Cairanne and Gigondas, and benefits from the drying effect of the Mistral wind. Aromas of dark berries, dried fig and smoke. Pair with game dishes and grilled lamb with rosemary.

Food pairings: beef bourguignon, roast beef, roast chicken, game dishes.

Paul Jaboulet Aîné Plan De Dieu 2017 is a Cotes du Rhone-Villages red wine blend produced from old vines Grenache, Syrah and Mouvedre grapes. The vineyard is located between the villages of Cairanne and Gigondas, and benefits from the drying effect of the Mistral wind. Juicy and intense with flavours of ripe red berry, dark plum, blueberry, black currant and savoury spices on the palate. So savoury and supple with great acidity for food. Pair with a slow-braised blade roast in red wine and wild mushroom sauce. - Community Wine Reviews
