Reviews and Ratings

Carolyn Hetke rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A bitof oak treatment is lending a bit of flint and smoke here, displacing any delicate fruit notes in favour of hints of grilled lemon and subtle herbs. Still overall crisp and clean. This would stand up to grilled chicken or grilled eggplant. Tasted 5 May 2022 thewineloverskitchen.com
From the Wairarapa, North Island, New Zealand, Paddy Borthwick 2019 Pinot Gris is so pretty on the nose with ripe peach, orange blossom and spicy aromas. Dry, silky on the palate with ripe pear, stone fruit, tropical fruit notes with a soft spicy finish. Really elegant. Chill and enjoy now on its own or with a grilled pork tenderloin. - Community Wine Reviews

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
