A lovely persistence of tiny bubbles beading along the sides of the glass in this toasty New Zealand sparkling wine. Aromas of citrus spice and strawberry flan. The chardonnay grapes in this blend come from Hawkes Bay region, while pinot noir grapes hail from Marlborough. Lovely persistence of flavours and bubbles. Crisp, clean finish. A solid value for a sparkling wine: crisp, clean and fresh. Try with fried fish, potato chips, roast turkey and New Year's resolutions. Stock up now for the holidays!

Rosé food pairings: charcuterie plate, tempura shrimp and vegetables, vegetarian quiche.

Nice, easy-drinking rosé sparkler with grapes sourced from both Marlborough on the South Island and Hawkes Bay on the North Island. Strawberry, cotton candy, green apple and lemon fill the palate, with some tropical fruit on the finish. Delightful!

Brilliant light copper colour with citrus, biscuit, and field berry notes. Micro bubbles make this refreshing blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir a great complement to any holiday hors d'oeuvres, main courses, or celebratory toasts. Tasted December 2015. 89 points. Matt Steeves - www.quercusvino.ca

Beautiful light copper gold colour, the nose shows biscuit, field strawberry, and orchard fruit. Lively and refreshing little bubbles leave the palate fresh and looking for the next sip of this lovely NZ sparkling rose. Enjoy with hors d'oeuvres, smoked salmon, seafood pasta, or to toast in the New Year. Tasted November 2015. 89 points. Matt Steeves - www.quercusvino.ca
Rebecca Meir-Liebman - Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A cuvèe of 20% Pinot Noir and 80% Chardonnay, it’s playful and joyful – a great bubbly for those beautiful summer days on the patio. It bursts with the flavours of yellow fruits, lime, strawberry, cherry, with a tropical fruit aftertaste of pineapple and mango. An appealing, everyday sparkling wine with fresh with elegant juiciness, it’s great on its own or with a variety of salads and seafood dishes.
Jisun Hahn CAPS Certified Somm rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Pale salmon in colour, this sparkling wine is great holiday value. Slightly off dry with interesting herbal and toasty aromas. On the palate there are hints of red delicious apple and fresh red berries. The length is moderate with notes of citrus at the finish. I would pair this with roast game or any seafood featuring a fruit salsa (e.g. blackened cod with a pomegranate salsa).
Cherie Cole rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Strawberry, rose petals with biscuit notes on the nose. Vibrant and refreshing with ripe strawberry on the finish. Tasted January 15, 2017.
Wineboy rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

This gentle bubbly was lighter aromatically and benefited from being open for a short while before serving. Soft flavours of citrus and tree fruits along with a nutty note that was well balanced with a hidden touch of residual sugar on the late palate.
Sean O'Regan - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Pale salmon hue, tiny bubbles, with strawberry, white peach and a bit of brioche on the nose. Fine mouse, the palate shows a bit of cherry and berry with light toasty notes. This will appeal to those who like a bit of sweetness without all the nutty notes on some traditional method sparkling wines.
Tasted November 2015.
Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Pale Salmon in colour with delicate aromas of tart underipe strawberries, melon, citrus and mint. Lively flavours of McIntosh apples, grapefruit and lemon peels. Fine mousse and demure bubbles offer some yeasty toasty notes. Medium plus acidity, light body and finish. Pair with summer salads or enjoy on its own with friends. - Tasted March 2018
Jane LeFresne rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

This very light salmon coloured sparkling has aromas of ripe rhubarb, raspberry, pink grapefruit and slight herbaceous notes. Small bubbles on the palate with red apple, grapefruit and floral flavours. Pair with salmon and shellfish.

Beautiful light pink colour. Aromas filled of cantaloupe, toasty vanilla. Crisp, small bubble feel in the mouth with filled with flavours of lime, rhubarb, strawberry and biscuit. Great to sip on its own or pair with seafood dishes and dessert that has tart fruit. Great value at $22!

The oyster Bay sparkling cuvée Rose is blush pink with a copper hue. 12% abv and crisp tart off-dry mouthfeel. Aromatics of lemon and lime zest, hint of underripe strawberry. On the palate this wine offers a nutty base with lime zest and almost ripe red delicious apple. This wine has high acidity and great fruit and is well balanced. This is s a great value wine and a sure win for festive celebrations. Enjoy soon.
Trent Mayers rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

Pale salmon in colour, this is a simple, lighter bodied New Zealand sparkler produced using the Charmat Method (as are most Prosecco). Expect light strawberry and red cherry with some lemon and grapefruit peel and a trace of brioche. It makes a good aperitif or pair it with seafood apps. 3 stars out of 5.
Such a pretty pink sparkler from Oyster Bay. Stock this one up for holidays, celebrations and Sunday morning brunch. Great as an aperitif with fresh strawberry, berry fruit and citrus flavours. Or pair this 80% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir bubble with turkey and holiday baked and glazed ham. The Chardonnay grapes in this blend come from Hawkes Bay region, while Pinot Noir grapes are from Marlborough. Lovely persistence of flavours and bubbles. Crisp, clean finish. A solid value for a sparkling wine. - Community Wine Reviews
