Pretty delicate pink colour, with aromas of cranberries and green apples. Rich palate adds brioche and crushed macadamia nuts. Definitely one to remember for a special brunch or bridal shower.

A lovely sparkling with hints of lemon and peach and poached apples. There is a toasty candied almond flavor on the palate, with added baked biscuit. Perfect gift for a host or as an accompaniment to a special weekend brunch!

Mix a straw coloured Chardonnay with fine bubbles and come up with a winner. Subtle aromas of baked bread and sour apple and fresh flavours of grapefruit combine to create a crisp prosecco-like sparkling wine.

On the palate the aromas repeat nicely with some tropical flavors
Crisp and mouthwatering mouthfeel

Great anytime wine and wonderful value

This winery always delivers. This sparkler is very bright, featuring lemon, unripe stone fruit and rye bread notes. 90 Points.

A full-on, full-bodied sparkler with great fizz and plenty of lemon zest, lime, green apple, grapefruit and nutty brioche on the nose and palate. This fizz has enough body and flavour to pair with more substantial fare.

Yummy bubbly from Hawke's Bay with biscuity and lemony notes, plus the peach and passion fruit flavours so typical of the region. Perfect for canapés or your next special occasion!

Bright and brilliant pale straw appearance. Declared 12% ABV. This tart and toasty sparkling is refreshing with zippy acidity. Aromatics of baked apple brioche, citrus zest, and raw almond. Fresh with fine bubbles. Enjoy this bubbly with almost any meal. Drinking easily on its own. Tasted Jan 2017. Rated 89/100.
Dianne Sheridan - Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

This medium bodied, dry sparkling wine has hints of citrus, lemon zest and tropical fruits. It is crisp, clean and refreshing with a long lemon, citrus finish. Can be enjoyed with food or on it's own.

Pair with fish, seafood, oysters.
Emilie Ryan rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

A good bubbly for Sunday brunch…
Presentation: A now recognizable label
Appearance: Pale lemon
Nose: A medium nose of lemon rind, melon, lime, pear, minerality
Taste: Tiny, sharp effervescent bubbles with nuttiness and lemon rind
Finish: Long nuttiness and citrus notes
Overall impression: The bubbles nicely round out the flavours to cleanse the palate. It would be a good Sunday brunch bubbly…
Value: 4/5
Sharon Lécuyer rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Aromas of apple, straw and hay with a touch of honey. Dry on the palette with flavours of lime zest balanced with beautiful small bubbles.

Great for toasting at your next special occasion.

Tasted March 11, 2018
Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier reviewed this wine as follows:

A consistent go-to bubbly by Oyster Bay. It showcases lovely floral, apple, citrus peel and steely minerality notes. It’s dry crisp and refreshing. Enjoy with parmasean truffle oiled French fries. Tasted March 2018 by @sommsosa
From Hawke's Bay, North Island, Oyster Bay Brut is made in the Charmat method. Creamy with a mouth-filling mousse with bright lemon, peach and ripe red apple flavours finishing nutty and crisp on the palate. - Community Wine Reviews
