Reviews and Ratings

Deborah Podurgiel WSET IV Candidate - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Wow! ONES+ Sparkling Rosé 2022 was really delish! Unfortunately, I think drinkones is sold out of this Merlot, Malbec, Pinot Noir, Syrah and Cabernet Franc rosé blend but the ONES+ crew have shared they will be making more for 2024.

For those uninitiated to their de-alcoholized wines, Tyler Harlton and Chris Pagliocchini are the winemakers and producers of ONES+ de-alcoholized wines created from 100% British Columbia wine with grapes sourced from several wine regions in British Columbia. The 2022 is dry, medium-bodied, fresh and zesty with red berry aromas, with a lively frothy mousse of ripe strawberry, fresh melon, red berry and cherry flavours balanced with fresh acidity for food.

The winery suggests chilling and pairing it with oysters, falafel wraps and soft cheeses. We had it chilled for our ‘rosé and ribs’ night, a perfect pairing with the wine's fresh acidity and juicy flavours which matched and cut through the savoury richness of the ribs. Tasted February 2024.

Nutrition value and wine details: 0 grams sugar, 0 grams carbohydrates, less than 0.5% alcohol and 18 calories per serving (approx. 150 ml).

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
