Bossy Boots' 2019 Sauvignon Blanc is a well-priced single-vineyard SB from Nugan Estate. Grapes are sourced from the cool-climate highlands of King Valley and enjoyed a slow and cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks, then matured for one year in French oak barrels. Dry, medium-bodied and zesty, look for flavours of ripe gooseberry, fine herbs, lime-lemon citrus zest and toasty notes on the palate. Chill and enjoy with green salads.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: cobb salad, fish tacos, crab cakes.

From cool-climate King Valley, Victoria wine region, Bossy Boots' 2019 Sauvignon Blanc is a single-vineyard SB with grapes sourced from the Nugan Estate. The wine is cool-fermented in stainless-steel tanks and is as crisp on the nose as it is on the palate. Dry and zesty with aromas of lime zest, gooseberry, pink grapefruit, citrusy zest and finishing clean on a mineral note. Nicely done! Chill and enjoy on its own or with seafood dishes. - Community Wine Reviews
