Natalie's Score: 89/100

Pure lime intensity on the nose, not herbal. Big acidity on the palate is perfect for your toughest dishes involving asparagus or artichoke. Medium-bodied and refreshing, but needs food.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: grilled fish, chicken breast in a white wine sauce with fresh asparagus.

Reviews and Ratings

This winery is certified for Integrity and Sustainability by Sustainable Wine South Africa. Aromas of orchard fruit, spring meadow and white asparagus. Juicy with a slight tang. Bright, fresh and restrained. Fans of NZ Savvy will find this to be a different, but exciting and worthwhile, take on the grape. The finish is crisp with a hint of underbrush and peach stone. The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
