Reviews and Ratings

Melanie Aubert rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This is a very yummy Marlborough chardonnay. It's colour is very light but don't let that fool you. This is a medium-yellow bodied white with buttery, toasty aromas as well as green apple, baking spice, nuttiness, aricot and caramel. I love that Marlborough minerality that hits you on the palate, followed by green apple, apricot, grapefruit and passion fruit. The texture is somewhat creamy despite good mouthwatering acidity. I paired this beautiful wine with an apple and squash pork roast and it was amazing!
The Chardonnay grapes for this wine are grown on selected sites in the cool climate of Marlborough. Grapes are hand-picked and whole bunch pressed for the freshest and most delicately flavoured juice. Barrel fermentation and lees stirring add creaminess and texture. Lots of tropical fruit notes on the finish. - Community Wine Reviews
