Lovely cherry-berry rounded and juicy mouth-watering acidity. No Cabernet tannins: the grape base just lends lovely red fruit flavour. Great value and quality for this price point.

Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé food pairings: lox and capers, grilled salmon steak, veggies, pasta primavera.

Reviews and Ratings

Brent Gushowaty rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

On the nose it begins with notes of cranberry, orange peel, and citrus flower.

The palate shows, cranberry/apple, orange, citrus peel, marmalade, and a touch of cinnamon/nutmeg. good structuring acidity, no bitterness despite it being pressed from Cabernet Sauviginon. The wine finishes fairly long with citrus flower and touch of Seville orange marmalade, excellent balance and terrific value.

Wish I had found it at the beginning of the Summer!
