Deeply concentrated and inky. Balanced. Integrating nicely. Medium plus tannins, acidity, fruit. Dry. Graphite minerality, plum, red and black berry, Black sage, underbrush. Pairs well with rare steak or charcuterie. Tasted 2012 vintage in Nov 2017. Aged 30 months in French oak. 74% Cab Sauv, 26% Cab Franc. 91 points. #BespokeTastings
