A lovely, mature rose Champagne from one of the region's most respected producers. Aromas of field berries and dried flowers with some cherry on the finish. Enjoy as an aperitif or companion to salmon.

Rosé Champagne food pairings: pasta with cheese-based sauce, caviar, lobster thermidor, sushi.

Reviews and Ratings

Greg Hughes rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

If you want to impress your friends, say 'Moh-ett,' instead of 'Moh-ayy.' Claude Moet, the founder, has a Dutch family name. Either is correct, though.
A pretty and delicate wine with great potential. It's young still.
Pretty, bubblegum pink. Love the impeccable freshness. Whiteflower, pot pourri, and peach.
Good acidity and still young.
It is a pretty good value. Drinkable now, but will last down-the-road.
The 2008 vintage of Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage Brut Rosé Champagne has a delicate mousse of crushed berry fruit, cherries and honey on the palate with a long smoky finish wrapped up in zesty acidity. The assemblage for this vintage was 46% Pinot Noir, 32% Chardonnay and 22% Pinot Meunier. Aged seven years in cellar. - Community Wine Reviews
