Natalie's Score: 94/100 Superb, toasty and robust sparkling wine with zesty notes of green apple and baked bread. Complex and layered, yet with a mature nuance that makes this Champagne fascinating and so different from the Non-Vintage variety. Pair with holiday dinners and gift giving.
Champagne food pairings: pasta with cheese-based sauce, caviar, lobster thermidore, sushi.

Offering freshly Baked tart-lemon brioche, minerality, a hint of honeydew melon and citrus peel on the palate. Refreshing vibrant acidity, fine bubbles, crisp and refreshing with a long finish and persistence of lemon tart and wet limestone. Pair this with anything or enjoy on its own.
