A rich and layered Valpolicella Ripasso with black cherry liqueur, savoury spice, mocha and smoky flavours smooth on the palate. Great acidity for food. Pair with rich and meaty pastas and tomato sauce or a meat lover's pizza. Beautiful now.

Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore food pairings: meat-lover's pizza, spicy sausage , prime rib roast, hearty winter stew.
