Alcohol 11 %, Residual Sugar 9.5, Tartaric Acid 8.7 This classic Riesling beauty is well balanced with a brilliant colour and aromas of peach, apricot, gooseberry, lemon and lime zest. It is delicate on the palate with minerality and lively acid.

Beautiful crisp and tart dry Riesling. Brilliant and bright with great minerality, mouthwatering acidity. Tart lime zest, canned mandarin orange, orange blossom. Pairs well with Thai curry and is drinking well on its own. Tasted 2016 vintage in June 2017. 89 points. BespokeTastings
