Mionetto Millesimato 2020 Prosecco rosé is a vegan-friendly dryish bubble produced from Glera and Pinot Noir grapes, and great value under $20. Pretty on the nose with citrus florals, red berry and nougat aromas; well-balanced with a fine mousse of red berry, grapefruit zest, orchard fruit and baked pie flavours fresh on the palate. Mionetto Winery was founded by Francesco Mionetto in 1887.

Rosé Millesimato Prosecco food pairings: sushi, Korean-style chicken drumettes and pork ribs, brunch fare.

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A lovely sparkler for spring and summer at a great price point. Aromas of lemon zest, bright strawberry, and just a hint of honey and white florals. Light, with bright acidity, and a lovely, crisp bubble on the palate, bright fruit hints and a crisp, clean finish. Enjoy with smoked salmon at brunch.
