Mimi en Provence Grande Réserve is a medium-plus-bodied Côtes De Provence rosé wine blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah. True to the region, fragrant on the nose with wild herbs, red berry, soft citrus and mineral aromas, dry with ripe red berry, herb, melon, orange citrus and clean mineral flavours on the palate. Very elegant, pair with a fresh salmon poke bowl.

Rosé food pairings: charcuterie plate, green salad with raspberry balsamic, crab cakes.

Reviews and Ratings

Carolyn Hetke rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This is restrained elegance in a glass. No candy or florals here. It is clean and dry with restrained red fruit on the silky, silky palate. Very enjoyable. Try it with grilled salmon. Good value. Tasted June 2019. www.thewineloverskitchen.com
Daniel O'Keefe rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Super fresh with peach, watermelon, and cherry aromas. Dry and crisp with slight minerality and just a hint of texture. A very nice rose that I would serve with grilled prawns.
Produced by Les Vins Bréban, Mimi en Provence 2018 is a Côtes De Provence rosé. The Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah rosé wine blend is fresh and food friendly with crisp acidity. Lots of ripe red berry, watermelon and wild herb flavours on the palate and a perfect pairing to a pasta Primavera. - Community Wine Reviews
