Reviews and Ratings

Lise Charest Gagne rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Full disclosure! I’m not a Cab drinker BUT when I do have some this is what I like!
Cassis, blackberry, spice, mint and leather. It hints of sanguine with some herbaceous notes. It’s layered and the tannins are integrated. Yea I waited until December 2021 and I guess it’s good to go now! This would be stellar with a blue cheese burger or any red grilled meats!
Daniel O'Keefe rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Deep ruby red in colour. Lovely nose featuring rose petal, cassis, black cherry, and toasty, smoky oak. Good acidity and fine grained tannins lend excellent structure. Strong dark chocolate finish rounded out by smoky, earthy, and espresso notes. A fine example of Chilean CS with good value. Grilled beef or braised lamb would make magnificent matches.
Cordillera de Los Andes 2015 is a rich, full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon with fresh blackberry, fresh herbs, dark chocolate and savoury spice flavours on the palate. Wine grapes for this vintage were grown in the foothills of the mighty Andes mountains. Pour with grilled game burgers. - Community Wine Reviews
