Reviews and Ratings

Alex & Priya - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Alex: A lean, chiseled, high energy crisp white for lightly seasoned shellfish. Lemon zest and lime leaf in spades on the palate, with laser acidity and an oily element of texture. Well-structured, bone dry and powerfully mineral. Fine length. 88 pts
White peach and Asian pear on the nose of this vibrant Italian white wine. The Italian wine region of Gavi is in the southeast part of Piedmont and features Cortese grape vines planted on hillsides in calcareous-marl soil that is the reason for the name “Le Marne.” This white wine is made 100% Cortese grapes. Pair with halibut or sole. - Community Wine Reviews
