This robust Californian Chardonnay was made by winemaker Charlie Wagner, the fifth generation in his family to make wine. Lots of toasty oak, butterscotch and red and golden apple notes. Pair with roasted chicken.

Chardonnay food pairings: turkey burgers, smoked king crab legs, chicken breast, cheese, pork loin topped with pineapple.

Reviews and Ratings

Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Great nose on this wine. Fresh cut apple, pear, white peach, pineapple and banana with a nut and butterscotch back drop. Medium+ acidity and a good toasty finish. Perfect for seafood, shellfish, roasted poultry or pork. Serve chilled.
