Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Lovely bubbles from Niagara! Made from Pinot Noir, there is a lot of cherry, cranberry, and some toasty brioche on the nose. Bright acidity, tart, dry, and crisp, with persistent bubbles, and a tart but fruity finish. Overall quite tasty! If you're a fan of bubbly with your holiday dinner, you could enjoy this with your turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and all the fixings.
This sparkling Niagara bully is made in the Traditional Method from 100% Pinot Noir wine grapes and has a cranberry, raspberry nose and palate from the Pinot Noir base. There is a hint of sweetness. Pair with fried fish. This vintage was awarded Gold at the 2018 National Wine Awards of Canada and the 2018 All Canadian Wine Championships. - Community Wine Reviews
