Lemon-lime and grapefruit notes sing out on the nose. Yummy white grapefruit and gooseberry on the palate. Bright, crisp, mouth-watering, pure Marlborough SB! Snappy grapefruit finish.
Courtney Flood rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Peach, gooseberry and lime zest, beautiful mouthwatering palate. Very lovely wine. Great for pairing with whitefish
Darlene Myers - CAPS Student rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A beautiful classic expression of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Matua, meaning "head of the family" in Maori, is as distinctive as its name. Aromatic with lovely gooseberry and passion fruit flavours and a beautiful acidity, it pairs beautiful with vegetable dishes, salads and Summer patios
Terry Jeans - Certified S rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Pale watery gold hues. Very fragrant and with nice citrus notes. Light body with crisp acidity and the grapefruit citrus really comes through. A dry white that go perfectly with a light Caesar salad.
Valérie Dufour - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Powerful nose of grapefruit.
Very pleasant mouth that fits with the aromas.
It is a one note wine, but a good note.
