Matchbook Red Gravel 2019 is a full-bodied red wine blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Petit Verdot sourced from the red gravels of the Dunnigan Hills, California. Smooth and rich on the palate with ripe dark fruit, blackberry, cassis, savoury herbs, mint, olive, vanilla and toasty oak spicy flavours on the palate. Nicely done. Pour with a skirt steak from the grill.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: lamb chops, steaks from the grill, burgers.
