Levarie is the eat-facing slope of the classico zone of Soave, and the area from which Masi sources grapes for this zesty white wine. It enjoys the light and cooling morning sun for grape ripening. This Soave is made from traditional Veronese varieties including Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave. Aromas of white florals like wisteria and white pear. Pair with white fish. - Community Wine Reviews
