Mascota Unánime 2018 is a big and robust red wine blend produced from sustainably grown Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Cabernet Franc grapes (60%/25%/15%). The wine is rich and plushy with layers of cassis, black currant, blueberry, savoury herbs and spicy flavours vibrant and juicy on the palate. Tannins are structured. The grapes for this vintage were sourced from the San Carlos zone at the south end of the Uco Valley. Drink or hold.

Food pairings: rib steak, slow-braised beef ribs, venison stew.
