Reviews and Ratings

Drink Wine and Giggle Gals rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

Not bad at all for the price, The Drink Wine and Giggle Gals ordered Marcus James over lunch and we were glad to have gone for the big glass option. That being said, we know we could have found a better example of Argentina's calling card grape that cries out for a big juicy steak. With Natalie's Unquenchable in hand, we head to the liquor store in search of the malbec that will take us to higher altitudes...
Malcolm Lamont - WSET Adv, CSW rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

Strong presence of jammy fruit, and some spice to go along with. lIkewise on the palate, though there seems to be some balance issues with this one. Acidity comes through just a little too much, and it is very fruit forward. All in all, not Argentina's best expression of its signature grape Malbec.
Deep red in color with subtle tannins, plum-like flavor with notes of anise. This wine has a soft, lush structure that ages well.
