A lemon-lime-melon fresh white wine with juicy acidity for seafood, shellfish and salads. This Australian white wine works as an aperitif very well. Good value.

Pinot Grigio food pairings: light dishes, from seafood to salad.

Reviews and Ratings

Matt Steeves - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Mallee Rock Pinot Grigio is a blend of 86% Pinot Grigio and the balance Sauvignon Blanc from a small parcel in the Marry-Darling Valley of South East Australia. Ripe, crisp, and refreshing, with sweet orchard fruit, honeysuckle, minerality, and fresh herbal notes making it terrific with grilled seafood, summer salads, or just enjoying on a patio in the summer sun. Tasted May 2016. 88 points. Matt Steeves - www.quercusvino.ca
The Pinot Grigio 2014 is an easy-drinking wine with flavours of green apple and fresh citrus flavours of lemon, lime and grapefruit. It is a crisp, medium-bodied wine with a touch of minerality and a long, smooth finish
