Holy concentrated raspberries Batman! Surely, this is the Platonic ideal of raspberry essence in a glass? Very sweet but very, very delicious. It's like lying down on a bed of fresh and softly crushed field raspberries as the juice seeps in and around your senses. Available from the winery or at local farmers' markets.

Raspberry food pairings: raspberry and creamed cheese topping on moist chocolate brownies, dark chocolate marble cheesecake, cocoa-covered chocolate truffles.

This 2011 Silver Medal Winner is crafted from our estate grown raspberries and produces a delicious full-bodied dessert style wine which is sweet and exploding with flavor. Its named after the Peticodiac River which flows into Moncton. It is nicknamed the Chocolate River because the tidal bore causes the river to be muddy looking. The perfect name because of its excellent pairing with chocolate.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
