A vibrant, complex and characterful wine with a superb price to taste/value ratio. A full-bodied rich southern French red wine blend from one of the Rhone Valley's most-respected producers. Aromas of black fruit, cassis and smoke. Pair with a rare steak.

Food pairings: rare rib steak, rich meaty dishes, stuffed Portobello mushrooms.

M. Chapoutier Les Vignes De Bila-Haut (2015) is just a beautiful full-bodied rich southern French red wine blend from one of the Rhone Valley's most-respected producers. Bila-Haut 2015 is made from 50% Grenache, 40% Syrah and 10% Carignan from a variety of Rhone vineyards and the wine was aged in concrete and stainless steel tanks. Liquid black raspberry on the mid-palate wrapped up in light green herbs and spice. Fantastic value. Drink now and for the next five years. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
