Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 95/100 with the following review:

A very elegant sherry, made from a blend of aged dry Oloroso and aged sweet Pedro Ximenez, then returned to casks. Extremely smooth, satiny crème brulee, raisin pie, butter tart flavours, with lingering fragrant finish. Pair with nuts, blue cheeses, chocolate mousse or drizzle over vanilla ice cream. Exceptional value. Ages well, up to 10 years.
Tasted June 2017
Lustau's India Solera Sherry is deep, rich, nutty and smoooooth. Good balance of sweetness to acidity finishing long and nutty. Pair with crème brûlée and hard cheeses. - Community Wine Review
