Simply gorgeous BC icewine made from the classic Riesling grape. Silver seam of acidity balances the luscious apricot honeyed fruit of this dessert wine.

Reviews and Ratings

Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 94/100 with the following review:

Wow! Amazing fruit balanced with mouthwatering acidity. This Riesling Icewine shows deeply concentrated honey, honeycomb, dried apricot, candied mandarin orange peel with layers of flavour unravelling on the palate. Long finish with elegant persistence of ripe apricot and peach. Pairs well with peach cobbler, vanilla pudding, vanilla ice cream and drinking well on its own. An okanagan beauty which I'm very pleased to have had the pleasure to meet so intimately. An interesting aspect differentiating this wine is the declaration of being vinified to classical music, the bottle displays "harmony from vine to wine" with pride. Tasted Dec 2016 - rated 94/100.
Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

This sweet nectar is calling and to that, I say bring it one! Rich notes of beeswax, orange marmalade, and poached nectarine hit the high long lasting notes. Enjoy this luscious, unctuous, voluptuous dessert with hard cheeses. Tasted Dec 2016 - @sommsosa | bespoktastings.ca
