An elegant, juicy Malbec from the Tunuyán district of Valle de Uco. Wine grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed and cold macerated for 3 to 5 days. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tank and a portion of the wine is aged in new French oak barrels for one year and then blended with the wine juice in stainless steel tank. Enticing with a subtle smokiness, anise, ripe dark plum and toasty oak spice aromas on the nose, smooth with dark, ripe berry, plum fruit, toasty and smoky on the palate. Pair with burgers from the grill.

Malbec food pairings: duck breast with celeriac purée, breaded veal cutlets, grilled herbed chicken breasts.

Luigi Bosca Terroir Los Miradores 2017 is a full-bodied Malbec grape grown in Villa Seca. Fragrant on the nose with dark berry, dried herbs, violets and espresso coffee aromas. Juicy on the palate with dark berry, black cherry, wild herbs and a citrus zest finish. Elegant and nicely done. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
