A lovely, frothy refreshing bubble with aromas of ripe peach, pear and sunshine-dappled orchards. This sweet sparkler is all the dessert you need. Terrific balancing acidity. Pair with fruit flans.

Sparkling food pairings: sushi, sashimi, charcuterie, Bellinis, fresh fruit cups, creamy cheeses.

Reviews and Ratings

Rebecca Meir-Liebman - Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Pure apple notes with playful bubbles, while the finish has sugar cane, honey, and poached apricot notes. Starts dry and finishes quite off-dry: A playful wine with flavour development on the palate. A wine that would be good with Asian cuisine, sushi and spiced food because of its slight sweetness and aromatic notes. Serve it exceptionally chilled to balance the fruitiness - would be great as an aperitif! Fresh and playful.
From Luc Belaire, Rare Luxe is a demi-sec sparkler bright with ripe peach, orchard fruit and lemon zesty flavours with balanced bright acidity. A great value bubble under $40. Chill and enjoy with fruit and custard flans. - Community Wine Reviews
From the Burgundy wine region, Luc Belaire's Rare Lux is a softly sweet bubble with ripe peach, apple and cherry flavours on the palate. Great balance of acidity to sweetness. - Community Wine Reviews
