So weirdly wonderful. Green tea extract and notes of clementine. Medium-bodied and mouth-watering juiciness. Pair with roast chicken.

Reviews and Ratings

Melanie Lloyd - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Loved this unusual wine. It would be a perfect wine for a host to present when having a home tasting where you wish to showcase something different. Aromas of dried orange, cumin, and jalapeno peppers. Flavours of peach, clementine, jalapeno without the burn, and Indian spices. It is light and fresh with crisp tartness.

Wine-Food Pairing: I would love to try this wine with tempura sushi rolls.

Tasted at the Pure Discovery New Zealand Wine event in Ottawa May 2019.
Kristin Perrin rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

"Won't you take me to, Funky-town!"

Sweet spicy orange, clementine, apricot preserves- refreshing herbal and minerally finish. Medium plus body, ready for action with some fish, pork or poultry tacos!
Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

This "Orange" Sauv Blanc makes an interesting contrast with the traditional SB. Shows an earthy, wet stone minerality, with notes of grapefruit pith, apricot, orange rind and slight savoury herbs. Pair with goat's milk cheese or oysters. Vegan-friendly and sustainably crafted.
