Reviews and Ratings

Rebecca Meir-Liebman - Sommelier rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

Light straw in colour, and yeasty on the nose with notes of lime, lemon and apricot, this is a serious wine for big celebrations. Graced with appealing complexity and development, it’s delicious on the palate with the flavours of candied orange peel, and some spice, and not overly yeasty as some Champagnes are, but fresher with citrus and stone fruit. Buttery in texture, this crowd-pleaser offers a long finish with an aftertaste of apricot and lime. Available in magnums.
Nice celebration format on this Louis Roederer Premier Brut (1500 ml) non-vintage Champagne. Vibrant, toasty with a smoky nose, ripe stone fruit and lemon chiffon palate. Loving this sparkler with its delicate and elegant mousse that just keeps on going... and going. Drink now and for the next three years. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
