From California, Louis Pommery Brut is a traditional method California bubble, lovely on the nose with summer florals, ripe gold apple, baked pastry, quince, fine herbs, citrus zest and toast on a creamy mousse with a long, vibrant finish. Chill and enjoy on its own or with seafood canapes.

Louis Pommery Brut is a traditional method California bubble with aromas of baked bread, apple dumpling spice, dried quince, honeysuckle, citrus zest and flinty mineral flavours on a creamy mousse that finishes bright and long on an herbal note. Louis Pommery is a dry, sparkling Chardonnay with a smattering of Pinot Noir made in the traditional method as in champagne.
