A concentrated, yet balanced Californian Cabernet with aromas of cassis and blackcurrant. Beautifully crafted. Decant 1 hour and pair with a rare steak.

Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Aromas include lots of ripe currant, blackberry, eucalyptus, tobacco, and warm oaky spice. Full bodied and bright acidity on the palate and some medium tannins. Flavours on the palate include ripe berries, with some leather and spice. Enjoy with a grilled steak.
Wineboy rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Beautiful aromatics with classic Napa cassis elements and a touch of spice and herbs for added complexity. More structured (than their Sonoma CS), this bright Cali CS has a touch of dryness (acids) and great length. Age me 3 or 4 years or drink now with a rarer steak or braised beef.
