From Louis Jadot Estates, Résonance 2015 Pinot Noir is an elegant and silky 100% PN with grapes sourced form the Willamette Valley wine region in Oregon. Juicy on the palate with ripe raspberry, red berry, spicy and soft orange citrus flavours backed by velvety tannins. Lightly chill and enjoy with grilled salmon burgers.

Pinot Noir food pairings: roast quail, mushroom and leek risotto, grilled lamb ribs, lamb chops, veal Masala, roast chicken, duck confit.
