A medium-bodied Cremant from France, there is a vintage year on the label-2015- that is rare to see on any sparkling wines, including Champagne. The blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Gamay and Aligote with all grapes harvested in that year. A very good value wine, with a plethora of bubbles on the forefront. High acidity with green apple, citrus and mineral on the palate. A sweet candied finish. Wonderful for sipping or appetizers.

Blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Gamay, and Aligote. A fresh and crisp traditional method sparkler showing notes of freshly cut green apple and lemon over mild yeast and biscuit. Very typical with high acidity, low sugar, and tremendous food friendliness. A wise match for many dishes, but especially good with Cremeux des Citeaux, an oozy and creamy Brie-style treat.
Louis Bouillot Perle Rare 2015 is a great value traditional method Crémant De Bourgogne produced only in the best year of which 2015 was - a banner year for perfect weather conditions and evenly ripening grapes Look for lemon pudding, ripe pear, baked apple pie and zesty mineral flavours on the palate.
