Reviews and Ratings

Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Medium ruby coloured with a reflective purple hue. A gorgeous 80/20 Grenache/Syrah blend. Aromas of blueberries and smoke awaken the senses and reflect into the palate. Flavours reveal luscious ripe raspberries, fresh mint and a following of granite stone minerals. Bright acidity balances nicely with the medium body and silky tannins alongside a clean and dry finish. A good pairing with seared duck breast and buttery herbed rapini. Tasted October 2020
From the Côtes Du Rhône wine region, Louis Bernard Louis 2016 is a lush and supple, full-bodied Black Grenache and Syrah red wine blend intense with ripe, brambly dark berry and red berry fruit, garrigue herbs, cedar, baking spice and vanilla flavours that linger on the palate. Tannins are smooth and velvety. So good now with roast chicken. - Community Wine Reviews

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
