Reviews and Ratings

Emilie Ryan rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A great summer wine of excellent value, with citrus, honey, and floral notes…
Presentation: Simple, bordering on childlike
Appearance: Light salmon
Nose: Citrus (grapefruit, tangerine, lemon), honey, and floral notes
Taste: Strong grapefruit, herbs, floral and honey, with a sharp feel in the mouth
Finish: Long, sharp grapefruit finish
Overall impression: An excellent value, at about $10 per bottle! The varietal blend was intriguing to us, composed of 50% Cinsault, 20% Merlot, 15% Syrah, and 15% Grenache, which is one of the reasons we wanted to try it in the first place. It did not disappoint! The sharp citrus notes emerged when we first tasted this chilled rosé. When its temperature rose, the floral notes became more prominent. This rosé paired very nicely with chicken cordon bleu and an assortment of cheeses, as well as prosciutto and cantaloupe. Would definitely buy this again. It’s a great summer wine!
Value: 5/5 Very hard to beat this value!
