From Prince Edward County, Lighthall 2022 Pinot Gris is an Alsatian-style PG made in Canada. This wine was barrel-fermented and matured in French oak barrels giving richness to the wine and a rounded mouthfeel, and was then finished in stainless-steel tank to retain its tropical fruit flavours. Fresh and enticing with aromas of cantaloupe, ripe pear, mirrored on the palate with a lingering nutty and fruity finish, chill and enjoy it with prosciutto and creamy cheeses. This vintage was awarded Gold at the 2023 Double Gold All Canadian Wine Championships.

Pinot Gris food pairings: grilled chicken breasts, pork tenderloin, salads and mild cheeses.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
