Lusciously big pineapple and tropical fruit notes on the nose of this Californian white wine, with a round, viscous mouth-filling texture and a toasty vanilla-caramel finish. Great price for big Californian Chardonnay. Pair with roast chicken or pasta in a cream sauce.

Chardonnay food pairings: pasta, hodge podge, lobster with mayonnaise, honey-garlic chicken, pork.

Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A California Central Coast Chard with a delicious nose of citrus and tropical fruit and slight oak. The palate gives tropical banana, pineapple, citrus lime and oak. Well-balanced mouthfeel with good acidity and a long citrus tropical finish-everything you want in a Chardonnay!
Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

The California Central Coast AVA soaks up the long sunny days whilst enjoying the cooling effects of the Pacific breezes. Perfect for Chardonnay. This full-bodied Liberty School Chardonnay with medium acidity screams California. Rich and creamy with tropical, smoke, vanilla, butter aromas and flavours. Love the creamy butterscotch finish. Comes in under $20. Perfect timing for all the lobster festivals this time of year.
