A terrific Bordeaux, especially at this price. Fabulous vintage. A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot grapes from the Margaux region, this Bordeaux is typical of that terroir with aromas of blackcurrant, cassis and wild blackberry. Dark spice on the finish. Pair with a rare steak. This wine is bottled at the coveted Bordeaux winery Chateau Rauzan in the renowned appellation of Margaux. Smooth and rich from a solid vintage, the 2014. Pair with rare filet mignon.

Food pairings: chicken herb-rubbed roast, breaded veal cutlets, lamb burgers, spicy sausage.
