Reviews and Ratings

Daniel O'Keefe rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Left Bank blend leading with Merlot (55%), while 40% is split between Cabernets Sauvignon and Franc, and Petit Verdot constitutes the final 5%. Fresh dark fruit aromas of black cherry, plum, and blackcurrant with hints of floral notes and sweet oak spice. Dry with moderate but gentle tannins and bright acidity. At a stage now where fruits are receding but tertiary notes aren't fully developed. Have faith and patience while giving this wine a few years in the cellar to evolve and improve. An obvious choice for a beef roast.
From Saint-Estèphe in the Bordeaux wine region, L'éclat de Tour de Pez is a silky red blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Franc and 3% Petit Verdot from vines grown in gravel and clay-limestone soils. Lots of ripe blackberry, currants, dark cherries on a medium-plus-bodied frame. Nicely done. Enjoy now and pair with a prime rib roast. - Community Wine Reviews

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
